1Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlexERP website and the FlexERP ERP platform ("Service"), operated by MADigital.pk ("FlexERP", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, requesting a demo, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2Use Of The Service

You agree to use the FlexERP website and platform only for lawful business purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Pakistan. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the website without our written consent

3Accounts & Access

Where FlexERP provides you with account access to the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.

Access to specific modules, features, and data within the platform may be limited based on your subscription plan and the user roles configured by your organisation's administrator.

4Payments & Billing

Where applicable, subscription fees, implementation charges, and support fees for the FlexERP platform will be communicated to you separately as part of your commercial agreement or order form. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are billed in advance for the applicable subscription period
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly agreed by FlexERP
• Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access to the Service

5Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials that make up the FlexERP website and platform are the property of MADigital.pk or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use FlexERP's branding, trademarks, or proprietary software outside of your authorised use of the Service.

Any data you input into the FlexERP platform remains your property. FlexERP does not claim ownership over your business data.

6Limitation Of Liability

The FlexERP website and platform are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to keep the Service accurate, secure, and available, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexERP and MADigital.pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or platform.

7Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or fail to meet agreed payment obligations. You may stop using the website at any time, and termination of a platform subscription will be governed by the terms of your specific commercial agreement.
